Edward William (Ted) Jeffery who joined in 1941. Died in December 2020, in Aylesbury.
Ted joined as an engineering apprentice during WW2. His entire adult career was spent on Radar equipment's in both design and design management appointments. Most of that time was with H.N.C. Ellis-Robinson (E-R) with whom a close bond was formed.
Ted’s ultimate appointment was as Design Office Manager - Airspace Control Division.
Following retirement, he maintained a social relationship with many of his earlier colleagues and reports and attended M.V.A. and Design Office reunions.’
